Paul Schnabel, left, of Scottsdale, AZ, works in leadership development and sales performance to help individuals and organizations create breakthrough performance.
His career includes serving as vice president of sales mastery for The Real Learning Company. In that role Paul diagnosed, developed, and implemented best-in-class learning solutions for companies including UPS, SAP, American Express, and Genentech.
Paul has extensive experience as a speaker at regional and national conferences and is a past member of the National Speakers Association and a past Arizona public speaking champion for Toastmasters International. He has also written for many business publications.
Richard Hodge is a researcher, consultant and entrepreneur who has been in the talent and leadership development space for decades.
A longtime Advantage thought leader and strategic advisor, he is also co-founder of the Cultivating Leaders Center of Excellence, which studied high-potential leadership best practices among top companies around the globe. He is the co-author of the white paper 5 Truths and a Lie About High-Potential Leadership Programs and was a featured guest on the Talent Development Hot Seat podcast.
Richard was also founder and CEO of The Real Learning Company, developing leading-edge sales and leadership solutions for Fortune 1000 companies from 1994-2008.
He resides in Seal Beach, CA.
