We faced some of the biggest socio-economic challenges of all time in 2020, and the world will never be the same. Where do we go from here?
We need your voice to be among the select leaders joining us on Wednesday, January 27, from 2-4pm Eastern for a roundtable with Harvard Business School Professor and Author Linda Hill on insights we learned (and are still learning) from one of the most difficult years on record.
The 3 Imperatives (from Dr. Hill's acclaimed management classic Being the Boss) comprise the fundamental activities of effective leadership and influence. Dr. Hill will discuss how to think about them in the context of guiding your team and your organization through the fog of a pandemic toward renewal and prosperity for 2021.
- Managing yourself
Taking care of yourself and being prepared to learn and adapt - Managing your team
Focusing on purpose and learning - Managing your network
Looking outward, forging ties
The roundtable will include 3 small group breakout discussions to elicit your reflections and ideas, and will conclude with a Q&A session.
Following the roundtable, we'll prepare a report (similar to this one from our 2020 roundtable) highlighting the general discussion, insights, and trends ready for sharing. Please note, the roundtable will be recorded for internal use only to help us accurately prepare our report.
