About the program
Through the magic of technology, we're able to offer a rich, virtual learning experience that closely matches the official simulation based on Liz Wiseman's groundbreaking bestseller.
Develop a Multiplier mindset while you role-play as a leader at Exponent, a fictional company where you're responsible for taking over a new team of 5 people, each with unique capabilities. Your mission is to turn specific challenges into Multiplier moments that can inspire their fullest contributions.
Virtual learning journeys are available for individual contributors as a single 3.5-hour facilitated virtual session and for leaders and senior leaders delivered in two 3.5-hour sessions.
