More About Kelly Dozois
For more than 20 years, Kelly Dozois has worked in the field of leadership development. She believes that the success of an organization is directly related to the effectiveness of its leaders to communicate with and inspire others.
Kelly develops training solutions focused on building the capabilities of employees to influence and lead others in order to have a positive impact on the company. She designs and facilitates world-class leadership and management development programs and provides targeted executive coaching that produces immediate impact.
Kelly facilitates leadership teams in pursuit of strategic change and organization alignment. Her personal clients include Apple, Microsoft, Nike, Salesforce, and Levi Strauss & Co. She has extensive experience with global implementations of learning solutions, working in a wide range of countries.
Prior to founding Ocean Beach Consulting, she was Vice President of Human Resource Development for The Gap Corporation, where she was responsible for the development of 160,000 employees worldwide and the executive development of senior management. She also initiated Gap Inc.’s Organization Development department with a focus on designing change management strategies to maximize multimillion-dollar technology investments.
Kelly holds an MS in Educational Technology and a BS in Health Science from San Diego State University. She is also a certified executive coach and member of the International Coaching Federation.
