Join us for our annual APG Cincinnati Give Back Event on Thursday, November 16, 2017

# Did you know...

A recent study from Deloitte uncovered that **95% **ofnew recruits said they value culture **more than compensation?**

Have you read the Columbia University Study that shows that the likelihood of **job turnover** at an organization with a **STRONG** company culture is** below 13.9 %**, compared to  job turnover in **WEAK** company cultures is **48.4%**?

Gallup studies report that happy workers are **12% more productive** than the average worker, **unhappy employees cost** American business **over $300 billion**!

There is NO doubt that **Culture Counts!** 

### So what do employees actually care about when it comes to company culture and how do *we* make it count?

This year, our  community “give back” is **St. Joseph Home of Cincinnati**.  St. Joe’s creates a home for adults and children with developmental disabilities who have complex support needs.  The home is a non-profit ministry of the Sisters of Charity of Cincinnati and offers a creative, loving environment for those in the residential, respite and day programs. 

We will be collecting **new, unwrapped baby toys** as well as **donations** for this wonderful organization.
